- TWTrenae WilliamsMar 30, 20262.0Came to the drive thru to cash my check. The teller asked if I was there to cash or deposit, I proceed to tell him that I would like to cash it. He then asks if I have an account which I said no. Asked if I wanted to open one I said no then asked me if I was ok with the fee, I say yes. He goes away comes back after 2 minutes and says there is something wrong with your check I'mnot able to cash it for you(something about the lines on the check). Hey says it happens all the time ask your employer to issue you a new one. Something didn't sound right. So I go to another PNC and they cash it with no problem. If you didn't want to cash it because I don't have an account with you just say that instead of making something up. Highly disappointed
