  We had an appointment some days ago and made sure it was the first one of the day. The banker (tall white woman with glasses and reddish or blinding hair in a pony tail) who unlocked the doors turned out to be the only one there when the bank opened. There was a man ahead of us who went in. The banker who never gave her name told him to go right into the office. She never asked if he had an appointment. I sat there realizing there was no other banker to help. I asked her if there was someone else to help out because we have an appointment. She began to behave confused say her computer wasn’t up and that to give her a moment. I sat there another few minutes, waiting for her to give me some type of news. She went down with the gentleman, as if I wasn’t there. Again, I asked her did you find out who is supposed to help us because we have the first appointment she says oh yes he’s not in yet immediately I felt she was lying to me then says he’ll be done in two minutes. I’ll help you right after when we went to the office she did an apologize. She just asked what it was it that we needed help with this PNC bank always has some type of issue between her and an older white gentleman banker they’re always so rude to people. I don’t know if it’s because I’m not a white person, but I’m completely done and tired with them. They’re always pat never enough people the lines along, and I have nothing positive to say about banking with them

  Finally I found a PNC with great employees. From Eric who helped me get a new debit card and didn't make me wait forever to see him, to Jaleesha who did my deposit, very impressed she was waiting on me and doing drive up, I didn't feel slighted in anyway and my deposit was done quickly. First good interaction I've had with this bank.

  Walked into the PNC BANK Sicklerville branch to open a simple checking account. The establishment was clean, and the bank teller who initially helped me was super kind and quick. Unfortunately, Senior Banker Eric was extremely passive aggressive and rude the entire time I sat down with him. I addressed him as “sir,” spoke respectfully, didn’t ask a bunch of unnecessary questions, and tried to make the process as smooth as possible. Despite that, he had a major attitude, like I was inconveniencing him by being there. His tone and snarky little remarks were completely uncalled for. Credit where it’s due: he got me set up pretty quickly. But I was genuinely taken aback by how disrespectful he was for no reason. If you’re opening an account and want decent service without the attitude, just ask for someone else.
