  I did business with Julio 2 years ago and paid a decent premium to receive service. I came back to Julio this year as a repeat customer in urgent need of filing taxes under constraints, and he agreed to take my case on. I provided his team with all of my personal documents they requested, which contained my sensitive information. Julio then scheduled an appointment with me. The day of the appointment Julio disappeared on me and all of his staff stopped responding to me. His company still has all of my personal information and stopped replying, therefore I am very concerned if any form of scamming took place with my personal information. Up to this day I can not get in contact with Julio and his team. Book business with companies that remain professional and answer their customers, not businesses who take their customer's information and then disappear. Proceed at your own risk.
