I was told I had to file a report through PNC and it will take a few days. I drove all the way to Clifton so I could deposit money into my business account to pay bills that where do and no one there could help me.... Been a loyal customer for 25 years now looking at my options. I have to ask my customer to cancel that check and issue me a new one and drive back to Clifton to pick it up...

They are very lacking in simple life skills like critical thinking and communication skills. Very poor attitudes all around. And they seem to not have a grasp on how to do their jobs. Went to have a document notarized and I was told I needed supporting documentation that when I went to my old branch magically I didn’t need it. Nor did I need it the first time I had the same document done somewhere else. Going to start considering finding a new bank all together because this is the only convenient location where I live now and the way this place is run is unacceptable. Shame.
