- TPTroy PorterMay 24, 20261.0Honestly wondering if they just throw their worst employees at this location to try and hide them all in the same place. Only PNC I won’t go to any longer. They are very lacking in simple life skills like critical thinking and communication skills. Very poor attitudes all around. And they seem to not have a grasp on how to do their jobs. Went to have a document notarized and I was told I needed supporting documentation that when I went to my old branch magically I didn’t need it. Nor did I need it the first time I had the same document done somewhere else. Going to start considering finding a new bank all together because this is the only convenient location where I live now and the way this place is run is unacceptable. Shame.

Had to come back in July 2025 because of the name still was not changed properly on my account or checks. It’s now April 2026 and my name is STILL not displayed correctly on my accounts and it seems like the staff don’t actually know what they’re doing. Everything is ‘oh let me contact customer service. Oh let me contact customer service…’ What’s the point of having an actual bank with people in it if all they do is call customer service to help you. The manager is pointless and the staff inside is absolutely useless.
