Customer service here is terrible. They don’t know what they are doing. I have come to the same branch multiple times to resolve an issue. The manager doesn’t help. The staff is overwhelmed and confused. We aren’t in the Stone Age. Why should I have to show up multiple times to resolve an issue? I was never told I would have to. I have been a customer for over 20 years and this is the first time I am considering closing all of my accounts due to lack or proper service.
