I arrived at 4:43 PM, and there were 3-4 employees and only one client at the branch. Nobody took care of me. And they offered me coming tomorrow.

If PNC actually reads these reviews, hire more employees at this location!!! This location is a MESS. How does a bank NOT have a manager on the floor. I've walked in many times asking for the manager and I've been told, no one is in, let me get a phone call, beyond ridiculous!! Why is there not a manager at this location? I always see the employees running around trying to attend as many customers as they can but whose managing the chaos? Other locations have a manager at all times. LUCKILY they have an amazing male banker, that was beyond helpful. Not sure why he isn't given a raise to be the manager, they need it. Very disappointing I've been a customer for years but if that's how PNC wants to run this location, I'd rather go elsewhere.
