  After being a loyal customer of this branch for over 25 years, i’m sad to say my visit today was an extremely unpleasant experience. I had the unfortunate luck of having Ms Sandy Khateeb help me again. I’ve worked with her on different matters over the years. I am shocked PNC allows and condones her lack of professionalism and poor work ethic, as she continues to treat people in the same manner today as she’s done for years. I just couldnt not mention our interaction today. She had the same condescending attitude she’s always had throughout the entire interaction. Needed help with a wire transfer. She mispelled the name of the beneficiary. I asked her to change it. She did not want to because it meant she had to enter all the info in again. I respectfully yet firmly asked her again. She begrudgingly agreed when i did not back down. It took her less than 3 minutes to do again. But only after saying twice (not once, twice) the mispelling was my fault. Never apologized. I just expected her to do her job. Not a favor. She should have done it without me asking. If you ever need something done, do yourself a favor and request someone else. She is the opposite of what a customer service representative is supposed to be. I left the branch hoping to never have to return. How disappointing

  Very Professional!! always treat you with respect and smile, my wife loves the fact that everybody knows her by first name basis!! got the car loan, approval was very easy and all the paper work was done very fast!! Thanks!!!!!!!!
