I needed to make a withdraw and a new teller took more time than usual to make the transaction, when I asked her if there was any problem she told me She didn't feel comfortable making the transaction because she didn't know me and gave me the documents back without offering any more help. Another teller intervened and at that point I told her that I rather close that account if I was going to have to deal with that kind or service.

First they questioned me why I hold Texas drivers license and then the staff informed that they can print a maximum of 3 cheque. I usually get 5 cheque from the New Brunswick branch with the texas ID. The staff in this branch didn't issue the cheques to me as my drivers license was not in their record and I unfortunately did not carry my passport or student ID with me. This never happened and this may be overuse of some screening protocols in the bank. The purpose of ID must be to verify the persons name on the debit and account. It is not to match the ID numbers. Please clarify if I am wrong, If its correct then why doesn't the other PNC banks i visited in NJ and texas follow the same? Thanks, M
