- DFDean FemeraJun 27, 20261.0I’ve been a PNC customer since high school, so I’m familiar with many of the bank’s processes and procedures. While visiting family in New Jersey, I stopped by this branch to withdraw cash because I had ordered a replacement debit card that hadn’t arrived yet. The teller told me there was nothing they could do and that I would need to speak with a personal banker because their system was “wireless touch.” That explanation didn’t make sense, especially since I had gone to another PNC branch just a week earlier and completed the exact same transaction without any issues. It’s frustrating when a bank is holding your money, yet employees either don’t know the proper procedures or are unwilling to assist customers. Instead of receiving help, I left feeling dismissed and inconvenienced. After this experience, it’s not surprising to see why this branch has such a low rating. Customer service, knowledge, and consistency should be a priority at every location. I see why this location has a 2.6 rating on google

When he answered i couldn't understand him. Asked him to call me back and i was disconnected. Called the bank on Rt10 at 10:54 and nobody answered.
