- VMVishal MehtaOct 16, 20231.0The bank manager, Samantha Frazer, acts too important to be bothered with customers, even if they are long time clients with personal and business accounts. After waiting, as they requested, I was given multiple excuses why she wouldn't be available to notarize a document, one of them being that she's all booked up for the rest of the day. I was ASKED TO LEAVE and schedule an appointment for another day. Unreal! A bank manager acting this way. I went to another bank, and viola, document notarized with a smile. I plan on closing my accounts here.

I have banked with PNC since they bought Chemical, and the Nassau St and US206 branches have usually been effective for my needs. I would avoid this branch as internal communication is poor and they seem to take long lunches.
