- MPMarly PaulMay 16, 20261.0Customer service at this location was very disappointing. I waited over 30 minutes in the drive-thru just to receive money, and the staff showed no sense of urgency or apology for the delay. .
- RMRahul MittalMay 1, 20261.0It's a terrible branch of the Bank at Plainsboro. THere is no concept of being customer centric except in their posters and when their representatives send e-mails. I had to deposit a cheque and there was no one to assist for 20+ mins with many other employees clearly present but chatting their time away. I asked one of the representatives, that it will only take 10 seconds and if she could assist but was blindly refused. the only exception to this is has been my interactions with Michael, to whom i reach out to and is very prompt and helpful- And it was unfortunate he wasn't there when i went t the branch today on 05/01. The attempt of this review is not to malign the branch and its employees but asking prospective customers of this bank to be very careful if they happen to chose the Plainsboro branch- EXPECT HIGH LEVEL OF INEFFICIENCY and weak/ no customer support/ assistance unless of course you are lucky.
