- LLlu laOct 31, 20241.0One of the worst banks I ever dealt with. No one returns any phone calls. I was applying to refinance a home equity loan and there was absolutely no communication. I had a few questions but they were never answered because no one bothers to reach out to you. I took all the paperwork they gave me and shredded it. Will never deal with this bank again.

This bank allowed him (my EX) to close her account, which was close to $14,000.00...."because she your daughter was with him and she had her student ID". My daughter was 10...let me repeat that....my daughter was 10 years old!!!. It was a joint account in my and my daughter's names. Un-freakin-believable.........
