  I had an excellent experience Tuesday at the PNC branch located at 1152 Main St, Paterson, NJ 07503. Mayad provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. He was incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. Not only did he help me with what I originally came in for, but he also took the initiative to show me helpful features in the PNC app that I didn’t even know existed. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and made the entire experience easy and stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about helping customers, and Mayad’s professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out. PNC is lucky to have him, and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. Thank you again, Mayad!

  I came to you a week ago to help me transfer my address and I asked the girl to help me and she refused. She said you can help yourself through the application. I told her I don't know anything about the application. I don't understand anything in the application. Can you help me? She entered the application and went. She told me that I filled out your information. After that, I told her, can you send an email after filling my information? She said yes, then I went home and waited for a week and a half until they sent me and they didn't send me. I came today to ask for an email and they didn't give me. They tell me that you can only take an email every month and I would like to go to the DMv after I waited for an hour in the square and no one did anything to do me. Then I went to the room of one of them to ask for help. I went to a young woman named Viviana and asked for the email [notification] because I needed to visit the DMV. She told me I couldn't receive the email for another month even though, when I was in Florida, the email used to arrive at my home every week or two. I can assure you all that your service is terrible. I would like to thank the man who I believe is the manager; he is bald and has a beardذwhom I approached first after waiting an hour to explain my problem while I was speaking to him, he silenced me and told me to wait two minutes. I ended up waiting another half-hour before going to Viviana’s office to ask for help.

  Why deposit takes so long? Also, why won't PNC give us some of the check balance instantly just like other banks?
