- JNJose NuñezJan 8, 20261.0I am beyond frustrated with this PNC Bank location on East 33rd St in Paterson. This branch has completely removed human tellers and replaced them with what looks like "enhanced ATMs," and it is an absolute disaster. The biggest issue is that most clients here do not know how to use these new machines, and there is zero guidance. There are no employees on the floor to assist people who are struggling, which leads to massive bottlenecks. Because nobody is there to help the confused customers, everyone ends up spending way too much time at the machine. Even if you do know how to use the ATM, you are still punished with extended wait times because the person in front of you is stuck and has no one to ask for help. It is a horrible experience from start to finish. The process is clunky, the technology is a failure, and the lack of customer-facing support is insulting. If you are going to force technology on your customers, at least have someone there to show them how to use it. Until then, this branch is virtually unusable. Avoid if you can.
