- PCPippa CurranAug 27, 20242.0While I have been very happy with PNC Bank, thus far, this particular branch is extremely problematic. First and foremost, THERE IS NO DRIVE THROUGH SEVICE OF ANY KIND! The description claims to have a drive through, but it is completely sealed and closed off. Secondly, the ATM is open to the street with ZERO security in place. I felt incredibly uncomfortable and unsafe, especially when 2 large males got in line behind me and stood a bit too close. I feel much better in the vestibule type ATMs that require an active debit card to enter. The employees, when available, are incredibly nice. But I do believe they operate via appointment only. Walk ins are definitely discouraged. So, in light of the unsafe ATM and lack of drive through options, I suggest skipping this branch if possible.

The one teller who was "helping" me had a chip on her shoulder and thought she was cute turning to her co-workers, speaking to them in Spanish. News flash! I understood you and you should be fired! They disrespected me and my mother, who is their client. As I was walking out, I told a woman at the ATM she should switch banks and she agreed. She concurred. Here's a tip, get people who know how to be nice and helpful to work at your bank.
