  며칠전에 와이어 인터내셔널 송금하러 갔는데 우리가 해 주는게 아니라고 해서 사정해서 좀 해 달라도 했더니 성의없이 해줬는지 fail되어서 다시 제가 했습니다.너무 불친절하고 기분이 상했음 어차피 손님이 없어서 기다리도 있었는데 생생을 내면서 해주더니 fail 됐네요

  Had a great first time experience with Domenica. She was empathetic with the situation I was in and assured me that she’d help figure it all out and she did! She was so friendly yet efficient at her job I was so grateful for her in that moment and will be going back to her in the future!

  My mother needed a help to set up online banking, so I made an appointment for her at the PNC Palisades Park branch, and we went there together. The representative name Melany gave me a spot at 3pm. So I arrived the branch at 2:59pm. But when I told the manager (mid age female, don't know her name) about my appointment, she rudely and aggressively said that I needed to wait because there was another customer at 3pm. So I waited for half an hour, but the manager was still helping the customer. Unfortunately I couldn't wait any longer due to pick up my baby. So I told Melany about my appointment, then she just realized about my appointment at that time. This was very unprofessional and I was very disappointed. I have been a long time customer with PNC and never had such a experience at any other branches. They should aware how difficult to make a branch visit for some customers like me, who has 6months old baby. Now I have to make another appointment because they wasted my time.
