- KDKnuckle DragonOct 1, 20261.0How is it possible that this banks ATM is devoid of cash/ flashing NO WITHDRAWLS on THE 1st of THE MONTH??? Don't they understand that this is THE DAY where everyone is coming to withdraw cash? Its unacceptable. I wasted gas, time, electricity, and my energy getting to their ATM at 8am to make an early withdrawal and deposit. And it isn't the first time its been empty on the 1st. The machine should be filled to its limit on the 30th or 31st, before 12:01 AM on the 1st of the month if someone is managing the bank properly. No excuses. Period.
