Even with the neighborhood evolving, the energy and professionalism from the team here are always consistent. The only thing holding this location back from being the best branch in the city is the lack of an instant-issue card machine. If they could print debit cards on the spot instead of making us wait for the mail, it would be a perfect 10/10. Still, for quality service in Newark, this is the place to go!

Even though the ATM was down, the staff inside made up for it completely. The energy was great, and it was a pleasure to be introduced to the manager, Marlon, by the helpful team. The attention to detail here is fantastic. Highly recommend this Ferry St location!
