I understand everyone is working hard, but it would be helpful if the process followed a first-come, first-served system to ensure fairness. Additionally, the staff member who assisted me asked for a good rating, which I found unprofessional given the situation. I hope improvements can be made to provide a better experience for everyone.

But the good thing is that this bank to too big to fail. In the last crisis this bank came out intact unlike its weaker brethren. The hours of functioning are appropriate for employees of the bank and not customers.
