  Can't even type their own email properly. They called me about giving me my $5 back. Then when I was scheduled for an appointment there came in and then they had no idea that I was coming who I was even after. I told him my name several times then looked at me like I was supposed to be interested in them just because they were employed at the business there not understanding that I'm not looking for anybody but I'm also just trying to get my $5 back in my account and switch it to the other type of account. I had somewhere else I could have been and I didn't even know it till that morning. And this is all a grand distraction for me. Writing love letters to the person I care about ... So thanks .... I had to get this off my chest despite everyone being aditorially controlled by stand up comedy from who knows how long ago. I really hope people start to actually use their heads and moral compasses instead of operating at their absolute worst with everything in the world aiding them. Hope everyone's proud of themselves. I didn't even want to call to ask for them to provide the proper email because I know that they're not going to communicate with me properly. Thanks. Let me call a completely different PNC somewhere else on Earth... To get this problem, probably solved over the phone....

  I had a frustrating experience when trying to get a new card. It took over two hours, and several people who arrived after me were helped before I was. I understand everyone is working hard, but it would be helpful if the process followed a first-come, first-served system to ensure fairness. Additionally, the staff member who assisted me asked for a good rating, which I found unprofessional given the situation. I hope improvements can be made to provide a better experience for everyone.

  One of the virtual banks that are popping up all over America. With American banks primitive trying a digital solution is a fool’s errand. But the good thing is that this bank to too big to fail. In the last crisis this bank came out intact unlike its weaker brethren. The hours of functioning are appropriate for employees of the bank and not customers.
