- AKA KOct 1, 20261.0DISCRIMINATORY BRANCH- I OPENED AN ACCOUNT ONLINE AND WAS TOLD BY THE BACKEND DEPARTMENT THAT I WOULD BE ABLE TO GO IN BRANCH TO GET A DEBIT CARD PRINTED HASSLE FREE BECAUSE THATS A SERVICE THEY OFFER FOR THEIR CLIENTS. THE MANAGER AND TELLER TREATED ME LIKE I WAS TRYING TO SCAM THEM AND ALL I WAS DOING WAS ASKING FOR A DEBIT CARD TO UTILIZE AND ACCESS AN ACCOUNT I WAS SECURELY VERIFIED AND APPROVED FOR. I BANKED WITH OTHER INSTITUTIONS PROVIDED ID AND HAD NO ISSUES. I WAS TOLD THERE WAS A 2 DAY PERIOD, 5 DAY PERIOD, 7 DAY PERIOD AND THEN THEY SAID THE SYSTEM WONT ALLOW IT. SO I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY SAID THEY'RE NOT BEING TRUTHFUL AND DISCRIMINATING AGINST ME AND NEED TO BE REPRTED TO THE CFPB.
