- PBPatti BallMay 9, 20265.0I made a Saturday 9am appt the evening before. My parents are both deceased and had accounts at PnC when they lived in Florida. I finally got my paperwork from court. There is no PnC close to me. I drive the hour to Montvale NJ I met w Valerie who helped me close the account. She explained all step by step w me And then Monica the manager also helped see that everything was done perfectly so I wouldn’t have to come back They were both so lovely patient and thorough w me. They made this sad and terrible process a bit easier. I left there feeling so much better and exceptionally satisfied w their professionalism and kindness. Monica even gave me a Mother’s day flower I highly recommend this bank! If I lived closer I would definitely be a customer. Thanks again ladies. You are the best. Lied to me and told me that it $1,500 to open an account with them when online it is $100 and I called another bank to confirm it. Told me it is money laundering if i put money from my personal account to my business account. I don’t typically use the race card, but I am a young black man who dealt a older white woman that I felt like that genuinely she didn’t want me to open an account with them. The banker was Annette B.

Only i wanted was to make a payment. And oh the guy working on the front desk seemed bothered by my presence. Who ever was in charge that day, very bad supervision here.
