    Went to deposit a check today when I went home looked on the app the deposit was not there. Went back to the bank and they wrote an e-mail to the big branch hopefully I get the money back into my account if not I will put the money in there I really don’t know what happened to it never had this happen before. There was record of the deposit at the bank.

    What a joke! They are open until 5pm and turned me away from opening up a bank account for my son at 4:35pm because it takes 30 minutes to open an account. Way to go PNC! Here I come Bank of America!
