When I was Trying to tell her how I would like my cash she wouldn’t even let me talk she just said no. I became so flustered I didnt Know what to say. Like she wasn’t even gonna try and figure out how to help me. I will Never return to this branch and I’m considering changing banks. I never Want to feel like how I felt Today after my experience. I was So upset.

He is unbelievably rude to all customers as I have observed in the past three weeks. Today he was so awful that despite my 35 year relationship with PNC, I am headed to TD bank to open an account. I can't believe that PNC would retain an emplyee this hostile and rude.

I went into the bank to cash bonds and open an account, the middle aged black woman at the counter was rude and very unhelpful. She would not provide worthwhile answers to questions and would not provide her name or managers name when asked. I would never recommend this bank and especially this branch to my worst enemy. I felt descriminated and looked down upon. It is a surprise to me that anyone would go to this bank at all.
