Very rude and lack courtesy; arrogance too, i would highly avoid this small bank at any cost and find a bank that truly cares about its customer base and genuinely offers a good customer service! HOPE THIS REVIEW HELPS SOMEONE to avod bad customer service experiences and save one's time!
