  The Virtual Teller at PNC is incredibly helpful and convenient. You can speak with a live PNC banker right on the screen, even after regular banking hours. It does almost everything a regular teller can do — from cashing checks, making deposits, transferring funds, and even paying loans or credit cards. You can deposit up to 30 bills and 30 checks at once, which makes it quick and efficient. Definitely a great option when you need personal service without going inside the branch!

  Hello, need to let customers know that notarization is not always possible. I went to the Marlboro location this morning the one near Whole Foods. A gentleman with the studs in both ears greeted me and asked the notary to notarize my documents, but she refused. No reason was given. I was told we are not sure when the next notary will arrive. I was told to go 2 miles to Manalapan location, which is actually 5 miles away. I went there. A tall lady with heavy Middle Eastern accent asked me what do I need to notarize. I showed her a photocopy of my US passport with the originals and photocopy of my immigration card with the original document. She refused to notarize it saying she does not want to take responsibility and PNC Bank will not take responsibility. They do not notarize photocopies. I do not understand what the meaning of the last statement is. I thought photocopies are the only things to be notarized if you have original US passport as a proof I was told to go to a UPS store down the road. I tried calling the Marlboro, br to let them know not to make people drive 5 miles but the phone keeps getting disconnected in spite of using option one or two or three.

  I've bank with PNC for years. And never had a problem. I take advantage of the several locations that are near where I live. The tellers and other people that work in the bank are always friendly, courteous professional and knowledgeable and always greet you with a smile.
