I was promptly greeted by Cheyenne Spafford, who was not only incredibly helpful, but a pleasure to speak with. I had one questions she did not have the answer to, but she was determined to get me the correct information. If you are heading into the branch I recommend asking for her personally as she is credit to both the branch and PNC Bank. Thank you so much Cheyenne!

I'm writing this review specifically to show my appreciation for the banker who assisted me, Efie Chimarios. She was very patient, made corrections on my account I didn't even know I needed, and earned my trust through her display of knowledge. It is very rare that I am so fortunate to cross paths with someone who fulfills such a high standard of professionalism and I really have a lot of respect for her. I've always dreaded going to the bank, but I have found a new hope. Excellent service and she has nothing more to improve on. A well deserved 5 stars.
