- JRJim ReedAug 4, 20262.0The workers at this PNC branch all get 5 stars plus, but the branch itself is why it gets 2 stars. 4 out of 5 times I come here there is never more than ONE person working the counter and the drive thru. I mean the SAME single employee is working BOTH. It is almost always a long wait depending on what the other guest are doing. I watch people walk in and just leave because of the line, and I've also done so myself. I've also heard them turn people away for things because they were too busy to help them. (which is true!) The one employee is usually very fast and runs around with her head cut off taking care of things with speed. So kudos to the staff or this place would get a 1 star! Please hire just ONE more employee before your good ones quit on you! If there was another branch in your travels I would try them.

I said I called already and they told me to come into a branch. She made me wait 20 minutes just to tell me all she was going to so was call. They had one teller and one "banker" at 5:15 on Monday. Hire some more people. Also, Im sure if I was of the same "demographic" as said banker she would have put a little more thought into how I was treated. The people she was helping for said 20+ minutes were. Unacceptable. I called the customer service number again and finally got a great rep named Park. He actually looped another great rep, Melissa, who was able to help me in less than 15 minutes. Your branch employees should take note.
