  Called this bank for 20 minutes !!!!!!!!!!!!! NO ONE PICKED UP THE PHONE - Needed an emergency check & they NEVER PICKED UP THE PHONE

  Can you give ZERO stars-there customer service is Horrendous!!!!! Was in the branch three weeks ago-was told that the information I requested would be sent to me in 4 to 5 business days still have not received it-I actually went home and called the branch back on the same day- then spoke to Joseph and he actually said to me-why don't I remember what a check was written for two years ago-WOW!!! my reply was well if you notice the account is in two names and I DID NOT write the check-It was my mother who is on HOSPICE. Then he proceeded to tell me that he was not able to look up the information I needed until I had a list to give him and to call back!!!!

  I now remember why i closed my account with these people. I was belittled and made to feel stupid after I left here this afternoon. I had come here a week prior to cash a check and it was done easily and with so much time for me to spare by this wonderful young woman but i come in today to get told it never happened and that suddenly they cant cash my check or even open a new account they said. I closed mine for a reason and i hope everyone with PNC closes theirs aswell. God awful customer service.
