  The worst bank branch (Lawrence Township, NJ) you can expect! Staff are okay but like robot, they don't tell you the details/truth of what you will be facing/need to know (e.g., your deposit wont be available if you don't call PNC that the process can take several days to 10-20 days when normal bank takes only 2-3 days, what's the new account features, ...., ). The worst part is the lady branch manager, having really bad attitude who does not know how to communicate with customer in a professional manner, the behavior is even childish that even staff should not behave in such a way, not to mention she is a branch manager. Also, either this manager does not have knowledge in performing her job properly, or there is inconsistency in between branch and PNC (HQ) system, either way is not good already. What makes it worse is that she does not even bother to explain clearly in a nice polite manner but kind of demanding me step aside with bad face expression to me since they want to serve the next customer (hey, i was here first, and all were cleared by your HQ department! -- I have never experience such a manner in any of the bank before!!). She even lied that the staff who helped me was the only one can serve customer today, so she asked me to step aside! In fact, another staff came to help with more customers shortly -- which just evident that this manager is lying!!!!!!!!!!! In a close by BOA branch and another PNC branch, the managers would just simply help when needed. However, this branch manager seems holding a high pride of herself and has no capability at all in knowing how to provide a proper customer service. She even purposely letting me waiting for long when it should be done in a couple of minutes as she said. When I told her that there is quite some room for improvement, she even said "you don't have right to tell me about this!". At earlier time, she was also angry asking me "who said that?! (who are those people don't like PNC service)" repeatedly -- such a childish behavior coming from a branch manager! Do I give her names so she is calling each one to ask "why you said bad review about PNC?" -- that is so ridiculous and childish behavior. I don't even know how other staff can survive under such a bad management (nor they can tell truth or perform better since they may get retaliated by this manager!). STAY AWAY FROM PNC!! I was told (& system showed) that my money deposit would be available on a certain date. However, PNC sent me a letter days after I made deposit already telling me that they are holding my money for a number of longer days (not to mention that I only received this letter more than 1 week after I made the deposit). If I know my money would be holding for uncertain long time, I would not do business at the 1st place. After a hard & long process, finally PNC released money to me (even attorney's office said that they never experience with such a strange thing as PNC conducted) and told me I can withdraw it at the local branch, yet this branch has doubt not to release me the fund -- then goes with all bad experiences with this branch particularly with this unprofessional and childish branch manager Diana. The PNC system for sure is corrupted!! They use loopholes to hold your money. With a branch manager like Diana, you really don't have to take her attitude when this bank is already bad. PNC would let such a person be a manager, who does not have capability, not being professional, thinks she is great without knowing how other bank managers would do nor wants to improve herself, lying (I hate people lying), nasty mindset to let me waiting for long on purpose, doesn't help staff when needed, ..... Why do business with them if PNC couldn't even value a good customer service? I strongly suggest that Diana quit her job since she is not happy to help customers; she can just be the queen in her family, but don't bring that attitude to customers! It's year 2023 not year 1990, people have options to choose the better!

  It was worst experience to visit this 206 lawrenceville branch. Cashier (Sheetal) and manager ( female lady on 09/26/2016) were on different page and keep us waited 1 hour for just one simple withdrawal . They were misguiding regarding the required information and asking detailed sensitive information which was not necessary. They were not even sure about their own rules. When requested to read their rules. They started making excuses that what I am tellin you is not written in rules. I strongly recommend PNC bank but will ,definitely, not recommend 206 lawrenceville branch as far as they have such staff with very poor customer service.
