Cashier (Sheetal) and manager ( female lady on 09/26/2016) were on different page and keep us waited 1 hour for just one simple withdrawal . They were misguiding regarding the required information and asking detailed sensitive information which was not necessary. They were not even sure about their own rules. When requested to read their rules. They started making excuses that what I am tellin you is not written in rules. I strongly recommend PNC bank but will ,definitely, not recommend 206 lawrenceville branch as far as they have such staff with very poor customer service.
