  Friendly staff but I went there to payoff my heloc and no one there could tell me the total amount owed with the interest included. After 15 minutes there, we still got no where and I had to leave to get my kid so no payment was made. All I wanted to do was give them money 🤷‍♂️

  Had a debit card hacked so I shut it down and had a new card issued by mail. A few months later I was married and needed to change the name on my account/card… came in to Kinnelon to do so in person. Later in day- I tried to use card, would not work. Came back and had to convince the guy the card wasn’t working by showing him at the ATM… because he kept saying, “I can see it’s working from my computer”…. once that was settled, left with new card. A few weeks later, I went to use the card and realized it was the same number as the stolen card that was discontinued months ago and now have TWO active debit cards for one account… the new card with my old name and the reinstated stolen card with my new name. Took me AN HOUR to fix by phone and was still charged $25 to expedite the card. I do not live near a PNC anymore but kept it as it was convenient. Gotta say, doesn’t feel too convenient.

  An employee Laura reached out to me and left a voicemail requesting I come in to discuss additional benefits i can be receiving through my account. I normally never entertain calls or voicemails like this but this time i called back and scheduled an appointment just to see what they had to offer and I figured I can get some information on mortgages. In the time I spent at the meeting I thoroughly enjoyed speaking with the staff. They were all very friendly and were helpful with presenting multiple different options i could do to maximize my money growth that i didn't know were options. These included higher yield, short term CD's (under 1 year maturation) and written requests for an exception of higher yields from PNC in savings (at the time it was possible to get up to 4.5% which is literally over 100x the APY i was getting in my virtual wallet). I had a very positive experience in the PNC branch and hope other PNC customers are encouraged to take the time to meet with someone at PNC as well for their individual needs.
