Had a debit card hacked so I shut it down and had a new card issued by mail. A few months later I was married and needed to change the name on my account/card… came in to Kinnelon to do so in person. Later in day- I tried to use card, would not work. Came back and had to convince the guy the card wasn’t working by showing him at the ATM… because he kept saying, “I can see it’s working from my computer”…. once that was settled, left with new card. A few weeks later, I went to use the card and realized it was the same number as the stolen card that was discontinued months ago and now have TWO active debit cards for one account… the new card with my old name and the reinstated stolen card with my new name. Took me AN HOUR to fix by phone and was still charged $25 to expedite the card. I do not live near a PNC anymore but kept it as it was convenient. Gotta say, doesn’t feel too convenient.

This was the first time I’ve had a bank with a public notary refuse to notarize a document that wasn’t “related to a PNC loan”. Every time I go to this place I leave with a headache. Time to bank elsewhere.
