- DSDan SemetkoJul 23, 20265.0My tech assistant went above and beyond attempting to solve a problem that has persisted for many year; TT cannot handle the problem with not being to handle the K2 filing for Enterprise Products stock. Every year, year after year, I am unable to get the program to accept one of the values in the "additional information". It's so infuriating that I am going to dump Enterprise Products and find another company that DOES give a stuff about their investors. It usually takes several calls to find a tech that can solve the problem. My guy remembered running into the issue but too long ago to really the convoluted process/solution.
