- MFMax Falk2 days ago1.0If you enjoy not having your problem fixed while simultaneously being force fed a bunch of services you didn’t ask for nor need, oh boy is this bank perfect for you! Every single time I have gone in person to resolve an issue, they have not only been unable to help me resolve my issue but also try to get me to sign up for 20 different credit cards while forcing me to schedule an appointment with a financial advisor, oh the irony! Get rid of that “Boring” branding you got all over the branch and put up signs that say “we do everything but banking and helping you!”

I understand shift changes can take time but there must be a procedure for tending to clients other than having them wait long enough to write a bad review and miss their train. PNC is better than this.
