- MHMary HeineDec 9, 20252.0They lose your safety deposit folder, so beware. This happened to me twice. I wasn’t impressed the first time, but eventually forgave them. But the second time? Unforgivable. One clerk even had the audacity to ask me was I at the right bank? I was seething. I called the national number for complain, and I barely got an apology. Really poor behavior for such a high profile bank.
