- AAAmyMay 29, 20262.0The financial advisor, Jay, was great. However, I will not be using this branch anymore. On 2 occasions, Suchi has been 20 minutes or more late for our appointments. And when I did a phone one she just didn’t call at all until I emailed her about it. She is full of excuses and no accountability. Flat out told me “this never happens” 3 times in just over a year is proof her time is valuable and mine is not.
