- KUKathleen Updike6 days ago1.0Extremely poor service and knowlege. Spoke about an existing estate account and securing a substantial amount to be deposited. Abdul knew nothing! Called Corporate an they set up an appointment with the branch manager for the next morning. However, despite the calendar was working off of, the branch manager was off and spoke to another banker who gave me inaccurate information and told me to go to a competitor. Called back later that day and asked for a wealth manager to call me re IntraFi network and never received a call. I am now on my third day an the branch is not answering their phone! This is unaccepetable service!
- AAAnchormanSep 26, 20261.0My past two experiences here: 1- sat in the drive through line for 40 minutes, was told only one person was working so it’s understandable and the teller was very nice 2- just needed to change the pin on my debit card and was told it would be a 45 minute wait, because the banker had to do it and he was booked all day, once again the teller was very nice Moral of the story - STOP closing branches, AND/OR hire more employees. Your trying to save a buck by making everything online, but than when people need actual humans you need to block out hours of your day for simple tasks.

He told me I could come right over. He met me at the door with a big smile. We chatted as he prepared the paperwork. I must say he was one of kindest people I’ve ever dealt with. I definitely give him 5 stars and more.
