  I come to this bank almost every day, and I always have a great experience. Sezana is always friendly, professional, and helpful, making every visit quick and easy. I also want to give a big thank you to the rest of the team for always being welcoming and providing excellent customer service. I really appreciate everyone’s hard work and positive attitude. Great team all around!

  I had a HORRIBLE and TERRIBLE experience at this branch in Garfield today, September 26, 2026. There was absolutely NO organization at this location. When I walked into the bank, I informed a female employee, who I believe was the assistant manager, that I needed a new debit card printed. She was not a teller. She simply told me to “have a seat” without providing any further information. While I was waiting, I noticed that meetings with clients were taking place in two separate offices. Another customer came in seeking assistance with a different matter, and she also instructed him to wait. After waiting for approximately 40 minutes, the manager finally came out after another customer had skipped the line and gone directly to a teller because he did not have an appointment. At that point, I informed the manager that I needed a new debit card printed. The assistant manager then explained to the manager that the printer was jammed, and the manager relayed that information to me. My biggest frustration is that the assistant manager knew from the beginning what I needed but failed to inform me that the printer was jammed. Had she simply told me that when I first walked in, I would NEVER have wasted 40 minutes of my time waiting for a service that could not be provided. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Customers deserve clear communication, respect for their time, and better organization. A simple explanation at the beginning would have prevented this entire situation. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure that other customers do not have to go through the same experience.

  For me this is the worst bank to keep your money in because is not secure DoorDash took almost a $100 dollar from my checking account when I call to submit a complain they held me responsible just because I ordered from them before. This bank doesn’t fight for your money they just partnered with the scammers. While other bank fight for your money. That’s why you pay security.

  I had a great experience there w Grisanny on personal acct and Ms. Santos on biz stuff. I got an acct even tho there were a few issues on my EWS - Early Warning System - due to an identity theft issue i haven't fully resolved. Wells, Chase said NO. PNC said YES. So go there peoples!!
