- DHDavid H6 days ago5.0My Dad's VISA debit card expired today - which we shockingly found out at Costco checkout! I called the toll free number and the automated message said we could wait a couple of days to have the replacement card mailed or we can go to a local branch and have the card printed right away. Fortunately it was a Friday and the bank had extended hours, but we only had less than an hour left before closing. so I called this local branch to confirm they could do it. Leslie answered and assured me she could help us as long as we arrive within 30 minute. I was surprised we even got an email notification of for this “appointment”. As soon as we stepped into the bank, we heard a friendly voice asking if we were [my dad’s name]. It felt like true VIP treatment! The fantastic service continued for the rest of our visit. Leslie rearranged some chairs to make sure we were comfortable while we waited. We hit a slight snag with the two-factor authentication because of a weak T-Mobile signal in the building, but Leslie quickly offered an alternative solution. Once the new card was printed and handed over, she even had us test our old PIN to make sure everything worked properly. Just when we thought we were all set to head out, Leslie personally made us coffee and offered us some nice snacks, including biscotti and shortbread fingers. She wrapped everything up with a warm wish for a great weekend. Thank you, Leslie Roth, for going above and beyond!
