The problem I have is with PNC 800 number customer service. How can a local branch have wonderful, helpful employees yet their 800 operators are the exact opposite? It has become even more apparent since COVID when the branch was closed and I had to deal with the 800 customer service reps. I wish PNC would get this under control because it is a serious problem especially in current times. First time I am actually thinking of looking at other banks.
