I have been a loyal PNC customer for over 25 years, maintaining multiple accounts including business, personal checking, savings, and CDs. Because of this long relationship, I expect a high level of professionalism and service. Unfortunately, my recent experience at this branch was very disappointing. The manager did not appear knowledgeable about basic banking processes and was unable to provide clear answers. Additionally, their negative and dismissive body language made the interaction uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Given my long-standing relationship with PNC, this experience was especially frustrating. I hope the branch takes this feedback seriously and improves both staff training and customer service.
