  The Franklin Lakes PNC consistently delivers the best banking experience. The team is extremely friendly. And helpful! My first interaction imediately gave me a great feeling about this branch. I went to simply see if I can drop off and order coins and I met Sam. What an absolutely positive friendly and efficient bank representative. He said enthuastically yes! I was extremely impressed. Then I met Rocio G. She introduced herself. I was telling her how great Sam is and I immediately realized how awesome she is as well! I was just planning to use this branch as a quick coin exchange. By the end of those conversations. I said I want to do more with PNC. I decided to set up another account with Rocio . Rocio was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. Rocio then Introduced me to Ana A. I have been thinking about starting a business checking account for months but never got around to it. So a couple days later. I did it. I send in all paperwork and returned. Sam and Rocio saw me both said hello. They are absolute treasure! Ana welcomed me and we set up the account. Ana is so helpful and personable! I then met Sal. What a great leader and a pleasure to speak with. The interaction between team members was amazing. I myself have managed large teams. I recognize greatness. This branch has it! Everyone deserves recognition. Including the team members I did not meet. Interactions like these create life long customers! Team, I sincerly and truly appreciate you!

  I just want to give a huge shoutout to Christian Z he went above and beyond to help us. We were the victims of identity theft. Chris was temporarily at the Leonia location and luckily we were able to work with him on this. He examplified what a representative of PNC should be like. He didnt hesitate to call within corporate for us, he thought two steps ahead and walked us through each process to move forward. When we went to meet with him again he remembered details about our case. He was fully on top of the situation and truly present for us. Christian Z made this stressful experience weigh less on our shoulders and mind. Overall a great person!

  Nice people BUT they consistently try to force sales of credit cards, personal loans, CD’s, etc. They clearly make commission here and they are VERY persistent with trying to make a sale even if you say NO to them multiple times. That to me is irritating and makes me not want to do any business with them at all. Use a different branch if you can.
