- KTKim TolentinoAug 10, 20261.0I am not a client but for sure will never be after today. I parked my car to drop my daughters off. I parked in one of the several open parking spots. A manager from the bank parked in a customer parking spot. She saw that I was parked in a pnc bank customer parking spot. I apologized and said I was just dropping my kids off should be no more than 5 minutes. She did not like that. I could not bother nor did I want my kids to see a confrontation. A person that confronts me like this doesn’t deserve my business also one that places herself above the clients. she is upset about not having enough parking spots for clients. She should park on the parking spots that are extra parking spots for the bank. Each parking spot has a sign dedicating the parking to customers (which I love). But when a manager parks in a customers parking spot then she has shown that does not value the customer. So why should anyone trust this bank that is run by someone who thinks the clients are not as important as her.
