- AZAgustin ZaurelliDec 9, 20241.0DO NOT COME HERE! Disgusting customer service. They lied about a offer my mom received over the mail just to not open an account with her. They profiled my mother because of her poor English. They had a condisending tone and completely made up reasons she wouldnt be able to receive the offer. I went in to help and after seeing what was going on I told her to just leave. We spoke over the phone to a representative and they told us we did qualify and helped us open an account over the phone. I'm absolutely disgusted with the abhorrent service at this branch. I've personally have opened 3 different accounts at other banks and have never seen this type of attitude towards anyone. While we did end up opening the account online we will not be going here. There's no amount of customer service training that can fix the blatant discrimination I experienced at this location.

- YOYassy OJul 8, 20231.0This is the absolute worst PNC location I have experienced in over 20 years of my family banking with PNC. On 3 different occasions I have tried to access my direct deposit funds for a withdrawal and each time a manager is called out to assist with a simple transaction. The tellers are very ill informed to say the least and the manager actually says “she’s doing me a favor”. After my last encounter I have switched to a different PNC location. Clearly the lack of training is non existent and unprofessional. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and the consumer protection department in their banking department. I really wish it was possible to give this particular review a zero.
