- BRBrampton RapstarsNov 29, 20251.0This has to be hands down the worst bank and the worst branch ever. Everyone in this branch needs to be FIRED and Terminated with immediate effect. The branch members are highly rude, unprofessional, unethical, and an absolute terrifying joke. The branch manager does not how to do KYC or provide customer service. They are loud, rude and almost like Attackers who come at you for simply being able to bank. Serious investigation needs to be conducted and all employees need to be let go immediately. This is ruining the reputation of the company and are highly untrained to handle any kind of customers… PNC please do something about this branch… this is coming from a client for 20 years
