I had difficulty understanding them, and instead of explaining things clearly, they spoke loudly, which made me feel uncomfortable. Customer service should be respectful and patient, especially when someone needs help. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service.

I had an issue with a debit card theft where the 1800 PNC number left me hanging out to dry and did nothing. I went into this bank thinking I was out of luck, but an employee Jonathan Lee took care of everything. I got the money back in a week and he immediately locked the account to prevent any further loss. He was extremely helpful. The front desk staff were polite as well. Can't say anything bad about this branch.
