  I deposited $100 after hours to my account but the atm did not work and I could not get my money into my account or returned to me I had to contact pnc to prove that what I was saying was true, the money was eventually deposited into my account, but it was a nightmare.

  I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received at this branch. What should have been a quick transaction turned into a frustrating and unnecessary waste of my time. I visited the branch simply to withdraw money from my account. The teller who assisted me was polite and informed me that my debit card had been compromised. She recommended that I replace it. I explained that I was in a hurry because my daughter had to be at work in 30 minutes, and I needed to get her there on time. I specifically told the teller that I did not have time to replace my card that day. However, I was assured that if I met with the representative at his desk, he would have me finished before my banking transaction was complete. Unfortunately, that was far from the case. I ended up waiting approximately 30 minutes while the representative struggled to print a replacement card. During that time, he had already ordered a new card before realizing the printer was not working. As a result, I was forced to receive an entirely new debit card with a new card number instead of simply replacing my existing card. I had my previous card number memorized, so this created an unnecessary inconvenience that could have been avoided. Because I was delayed far longer than I had been promised, my daughter would have been late for work. To avoid that, I had to pay $24 for an Uber to get her there on time. This was an unexpected expense that I would not have incurred had the branch been honest about the amount of time the process would take. After expressing my concerns, a complaint was submitted on my behalf. I later received a call from the temporary branch manager, who offered what felt like a scripted apology and then shifted the conversation into what seemed more like a customer satisfaction survey than a genuine effort to understand or resolve the issue. Even after I explained exactly what had happened, there appeared to be little understanding of what the branch could have done differently to make the experience smoother. The issue was never that my card needed to be replaced—it was the lack of transparency, poor communication, and complete disregard for my time. Had I been told upfront that replacing the card could take 30 minutes or longer, I would have declined and returned at a more convenient time. Instead, I relied on the assurances I was given and ended up leaving with an entirely new card, a new card number I now have to memorize, an unexpected $24 Uber expense, and a much longer delay than expected. Customer service should be about respecting customers' time, setting realistic expectations, and taking accountability when things don't go as planned. Unfortunately, this experience fell well short of those standards, and the follow-up from management did nothing to make me feel that my concerns were truly heard or valued.

  So far I haven't had any problems at this bank with the exception of a computer problem that was resolved the next day. Now if only this bank would branch out into other states. I can find their ATMs in a lot of places, but the actual bank is not.
