  Good morning, All Praises belong to God! As I am writing this review on a Sunday. People only take time to write a review if they are wronged as I was on Saturday May 30, 2026. My brother and I pulled up to the drive through, I frequent this bank often. So I see it is busy inside , so I wait patiently at the window . It is 12:45 in the afternoon. No one is acknowledging me. But I’m patient. I know the routine. Inside coustomers they prioritize. But I figure I’m the only car in the drive through so this will be quick . Okay 10 minutes later the teller who knows me says hi Mrs Liking, how can I help you. I say I want to deposit and withdraw. I have several accounts here 2 of a large enough sum. After the teller says to me okay” you will need your drivers license and debit card. Well I’m like ; okay why is she explaining the process to me when I know it already. So I say right; I have my bank card not PNC,s , but for credentials I use my bank card from my other bank that is (activated )here all the time. She sends me the withdrawal slip down the shoot and while I am filling it out she continues to confirm my desire. I send my credentials and slip back up the shoot. She turns around and says to me “ sorry Mrs Liking something happened with the computers they are down”. So I’m like what! I’ve been sitting here waiting for you to acknowledge me at the window. She said I had to press call when I was ready. They saw me and should have acknowledged me. Okay here is my summation. I was PISSED!!! But God! I voiced my disappointment respectfully. I was so disappointed. I drove off and went around to the door expecting to speak with a manager. They gave me a card through the door because I said I wanted the corporate office number to complain. They gave me the Clifton office number instead. Listen People! When people treat you bad show them the Truth by not giving them your business . I will never come back here. Businesses close because God can see the wrong that they do to people. So I say to you , PNC bank that you are Lucky I don’t pull all of my money out of this bank. I am pondering. I wish you well. Be blessed!!!!!!

  Worst teller worst manager nasty like hell .they do everything that make you don't come back there..extremely unpleasant place Stop using Pnc bank..we deserve better than that...this bank sucks top to buttom. That's why everybody quitting... .

  I took my neighbor, 87 years old, to apply for a replacement credit card since she misplaced hers…after a few calls about it, it became impossible for her to accomplish this over the phone. So I made an appt to speak with Sonia Velasco-Portuguez… I’ve never been so impressed with the service provided by Sonia! She was so welcoming, patient and forthcoming while going through the process, we are (Clara & Teri) actually looking forward to our next visit with Sonia once Clara’s card arrives! Kudos to PNC Bank for employing such a pleasant & capable bank rep!
