I had a 10:00 a.m. appointment and was greeted upon arrival. I was told the wait would be about 10 minutes, but my appointment did not begin until 10:23. The representative told me he needed to find out how he could help me locate a form. Instead, he left to assist another employee with their client. At 10:46, another representative came in and told me he would return shortly because he was still helping someone else. After waiting nearly 45 minutes without receiving assistance, I said I would return another time and left. I understand that delays happen, but appointments should be honored, and customers should not be left waiting while the assigned representative assists someone else. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience.
