    Formal Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Conduct at PNC Bank On the date of my visit, I entered a PNC Bank branch seeking notary services for documentation required by my new employer. I presented a printed document and clearly explained that I needed it notarized as part of my employment onboarding process. The employee José I approached initially refused to notarize the document, stating that he could not do so because it was printed. During our interaction, I repeatedly clarified multiple times that the notarization was required for my new employer. Despite my efforts to communicate clearly, the employee indicated that he could not understand me and claimed I had repeated myself several times without clarity. Furthermore, he repeatedly asked irrelevant questions regarding whether I was renewing a license, which was not related to my request. I clarified that the notarization was for employment purposes connected to a new business, yet he continued to misunderstand or disregard my explanation. Throughout the interaction, the employee displayed a dismissive and unprofessional attitude. His tone and responses were condescending and, at times, made me feel as though I was being spoken to in a disrespectful and demeaning manner. Rather than attempting to de escalate the situation or provide assistance, he responded with unnecessary hostility. This experience was unacceptable. The level of customer service I received fell far below reasonable standards of professionalism. As a result, I no longer feel comfortable conducting business at this branch and intend to withdraw my account. I strongly recommend that this employee receive additional training in customer service, communication, and conflict resolution to prevent similar incidents in the future.
