If I could give zero stars I would. Went sat in drive through at the front of the line for over 5 minutes, no acknowledgement at all, I wasn't even sure they knew I was there. I press call button and eventually the manager came over the zoom thing and tells me they're busy and I can come in, which i do. I see 2 people in the back, now I've been sitting and watching and didn't really see people come out. The teller tells me they had someone call out, really, lazy is what the problem is. I'm so tired of lazy employees at PNC. Love the bank but the employees suck!

If I could give zero I would. Lady tried to commit check fraud at this location against my wife. Instead of calling the police they let her walk out the door. I would recommend everyone close their accounts with such a bank. 6months to 25yrs in federal prison is the penalty for check fraud. They seem to think that’s ok. No one notified police from the bank and let the woman leave. They only seem to care about the bottom line and not real people behind their accounts. Goodbye Pnc you won’t be missed.
