Let me just say that PNC has been my bank for over 20 years. I stated with them thru all their mergers… first union, wachovia… when my kids got old enough - they started their banking with PNC. And the reason was always - SERVICE! My SPARTA branch was AWSOME! Treated us always like old friends. My MORRISTOWN branch that i use as well since it is close to my work - nothing but pleasure…. And then we moved to Budd Lake… every time i walk in BRAD who thinks he owns the bank and does all of us - small people, a favor by allowing us in has been condescending. Every single experience! So i stopped going there even though this branch is 5 min from home. I needed a quick notary on a bill of sale - something my Morristown branch and Sparta branch did for me plenty of times… it was a saturday so i figured - let me just go back to my local branch!!! But guess what? BRAD - as condescending as always along with his coworker whose name i didnt catch - refused to notarize as it was HAND WRITTEN and was NOT A BANKING matter! Trying to explain that he is notarizing a SIGNATURE not content of the document and that it is something i have been provided plenty of times - didnt matter! Again - not even an apology or trying to sound helpful! Condescending! Looking over reviews of this branch - i am not surprised either! PNC - either shut this branch down, replace their staff or at least train them properly!!! If i didnt still have my PNC in Morrisown - all my accounts would have been transferred to another bank at this point!!!

My wife and I went to this branch on a Saturday morning. We were greeted by a gentleman sitting behind a computer. We let him know what that we needed to make a change to our account. We were asked if we had an appointment and we responded that we did not. He asked for the bank card and entered our information into his system. We were told to wait. After waiting for about 15 mins, a young lady I am going assume is the bank manager basically told us to leave. What a poor customer experience with this branch. If you were not able to accommodate us why make us wait.

Need to ensure drive thru ATM is full functioning before business close if not place sign. This drive thru ATM is always offline, some functions not working. Associates during normal business hours had no idea drive thru atm had issues. Stanhope and Chester have by far dependable ATM's
