- JRJoel RodriguezJan 12, 20241.0Wonderful bank, wonderful people. It's the walkup atm that I hate. Start to finish it takes 4 minutes to deposit 100 bills. That's absurd. Imagine having to deposit 300 bills at night. You're a sitting duck.

He sat down with Brad at the branch & my son was put at ease with the immediate steps that Brad took to secure his account and issue another debit card on the spot! Thank you Brad, you just modeled to a young man what responsible business practices look like! Couldn't give 5 stars since the fraudulent charge is pending and they couldn't dispute it before it clears the account. Will have to put in a dispute when the scammers get their money..that part is unfortunate.

I told him I was going to work. 5 min later he called me that there is a glitch in the system and my card won’t work and I need a new debit card number….but couldn’t print me one cause the printer is down! What?!?! Horrible service. Wouldn’t recommend this branch
