  I wish I could give no stars. We provided our 2019 tax return to Taxes made EZ in April of 2020. It is now over a year later and our taxes are still not complete. They are holding our paperwork hostage. They are constantly asking for the same information to be provided over and over. We never have a straight answer. Our point of contact bounces all around the office. The woman that answers the phone is rude and hangs up on you. This is absolutely atrocious behavior. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and the IRS. Stay far away from this company!!!

  This office is amazing !! Ralf is so knowledgeable and helpful with all your tax questions. This year we had Helen do our return and she was even more amazing Ralf has a great team workimg for him and I hope he gives Helen a raise ...she was the best

  I have been using there service for years now and they have always been very professional and have provided excellent quality and value. Additionally they are very quick to respond to any questions and concerns. Overall excellent service!!
