- RRRob RobinsonFeb 19, 20264.0I was greeted by a staff member named Paula. She was professional and personable and offered to assist in any way. When I mentioned that greeting and holding the door open was unnecessary and a goofy corporate policy ( as I've seen employees at multiple offices without wearing coats, holding doors in rain & snow).... the MANAGER jumped in, defended the policy and toed the party line. If you want a YES GIRL, the manager today 10:00am is perfect... if you want a " yes, I'll pass on your thoughts to corporate sir" kinda Manager, you don't have one. 4, not 5 because of Manager. Paula the staff employee was wonderful.

The ATM can be confusing by there's enough numbers on it that I can work it good enough. I opened an account here and it's good to bank at this bank. Thank you for being a bank.
