Fortunately the representative could sense I was upset and did fine helping me with creating an account. Be cautious if this is of convenience… go to another branch that’s less discriminating than this one if you don’t want to be treated poorly. Learn and do better :)

He makes rude comments like a middle school bully, when he should take a good look at himself in the mirror. Worst person to help there.
