The atm is always out of service. I tried the drive thru and I waited there pushed thr button and no one addressed me. After my third time pushing the button some older lady ran to the window yelling at me saying she has ppl and it will take awhile. I thought about leaving PNC entirely because of that rude lady. So I went to Neptune branch instead and they are much attentive. This is another time I went to the atm and it’s out of service … unbelievable

Having trouble with John at West Grove Branch, talks too fast and over your question, would not listen to what I needed to ask. He seems to not care. Going to to another Branch unfortunately. Sunset Ave. Asbury Park. Further away. OMG, never have this problem, at Kearny for TD Banks. This is the second time speaking to him and had same problem and third time over all with staff at this bank. One young lady though was helpful and the counter staff were fine.
