  This place is basically legal scam artists. I got my original loan with them when my credit wasn't good got gap insurance for $500 refinanced the loan bit later when my credit was good every other bank I've EVER had a loan through when you refinance or pay loan off a prorated amount of the gap is refundable not through theese scammers it's in fine print only can be done within 90 days no other bank does this to be clear. So now I'm about to buy a house wanted to see about adjusting my payment bit closer to the minim, and when I refinanced the loan they asked me if I wanted to keep paying the higher amount I was prior to the refinance cool assuming they set it up how it SHOLD have been where you have a minim payment and can chose to pay extra twards it assumed the higher amount was just extra then the minim to lower the amount of interest I'd pay in the end not the case they made it a fixed closed payment so I can't alter how much paid be it more or less and ultimately will pay more since theres no extra going to principal. Then had the balls to ask if I wanted to refinance again which would mean getting screwed out of 1k dollars in gap when I already got screwed out of $500. Dave yourself the trouble and don't bank with these people.

  Been banking with liberty for over 10 years, and I have multiple accounts with multiple banks. And this one is the worst one out of them all. Stay away. They will be good for the first couple years. Omaha Banks treat you much better.

  Opened 2 accounts, savings and checking. Process was easy, took very little time, and I received free checks in the mail. Should've joined this Credit Union years ago!

  They are always helpful in whatever we are needing to do financially! Great customer service also!!
