They make you feel like family and the customer service is outstanding!!
- CGCharles GarmanJun 23, 20265.0All banks are the same, right? WRONG. There are some banks, and bankers who make it their mission to provide excellent customer service. My wife and I looked for a new bank and had options among the national and regional banking systems. But it was the PEOPLE of Northwest Bank that convinced us. Lindsey Hoger became our personal banker. Her cheerful attitude and incredible competence made us feel seen and valued. If you are chasing interest points, I do not know if this bank is the best (although it would not surprise me, their products are awesome). If you want to be valued as a customer, go with Northwest Bank - and Lindsey Hoger (if possible - pretty sure she got promoted, and rightfully so).
